Jerusalem Pita and Grill
ChiChi the chef clearly takes tremendous pride in his ability to blend yummy and spice and all things nice, and rightfully so. We ordered the Bruschetta which is available in spinach or mushroom. Chichi wouldn’t give us the recipe but we certainly enjoyed his quick tour and look behind the scenes.
The Bruschetta was out of this world. The perfect blend of basil, fresh tomatoes on a grilled pita was an absolute delight to the palates. The Ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and went perfectly on a bed of rice and roasted vegetables. This isn’t the type of place you rush in and out during your lunch break and it is certainly worth the wait.
