Rabbi Dr. Daniel Aldrich received his PhD and MA from Harvard University, another MA from UC Berkeley, and his BA from UNC-Chapel Hill. He has served as a consultant for disaster resilience the U.S. State Department, the governments of Japan and New Zealand, and numerous NGOs. As an ordained rabbi, he has published four books, more than 30 peer reviewed articles, and has contributed OpEds to the New York Times, the Washington Post, Hamodia, and CNN, among other outlets.
